Extrusion

Our extrusion capabilities offer a fully integrated process to complement our thermoforming business, with high output modern equipment we process both PET and PP polymers. It uses a variety of blends for most technical applications including microwavable, map, deep freeze, high clarity and silicone free. The equipment we use also allows us to reprocess all our internal waste as well as using a high percentage of post-consumer waste keeping in line with retailers demands on recycling.

Technical specification

  • Polypropylene, APET/RPET and PET with a PE laminate
  • Sheet produced to a range of gauges from 200 to 1000 micron
  • Variety of colours and pantone references
  • Materials manufacture for demanding requirements including deep freeze applications
  • Internal anti-slip blends mitigating sealing and label application issues

 

Environmentally friendly

  • ABA construction for our rPET, encapsulating recycled content with a virgin capping layer to ensure an 100% consistent sealing surface
  • RPET contains at least 50% postconsumer recycled waste and at least 30% industry recycled waste

 

Strong on-shelf presence

  • High quality decoration options with our dry offset printing or labelling as well as pre-printed sheet options
