PFF Packaging

Based at the group Headquarters in Keighley, West Yorkshire, the PFF Packaging site has a 100,000 sq/ft facility which encompasses design, PET extrusion and thermoforming.  With state of the art format machines, it is capable of production runs from 5,000 to 50,000 units.  Our 120 strong workforce provide 363 days-a-year operation to ensure continuity of supply.

PFF Packaging (NE)

Complementing the Keighley plant, the 100,000 sq/ft site in Washington, Tyne and Wear also has a production facility of 100,000 sq/ft and manufacturers and supplies 20 million units per month of bespoke and standard polypropylene trays from sheet produced off our extrusion lines.  Our Washington site also houses our decoration production areas, where we can offer dry-offset printing, labelling and produce our Desto packaging.

Innovation Centre

In Spring 2016 we opened our Innovation Centre which is based next to our NE production facility.  A first in the industry, our Innovation Centre offers a design and development facility under one roof.  This represents a huge customer focused investment for PFF.  Traditionally the customer would give a brief to a salesman, who would then return to the customer with a design at a later date.  Our Innovation Centre provides an inspirational area for our key partners to use and spend time with our design team to produce bespoke and innovative solutions using a more seamless process.
