      How to Don & Doff a Polythene Apron

      Putting on an Apron: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds.

      2. Dry hands using a disposable hand towel.

      3. Remove an apron from the dispenser.

      And open it so that the inner surface faces outwards.

      4. Place the neck loop over your head.

      Smooth out the apron so that it covers as much of your body as possible.

      5. Wrap the two waist straps around your body

      Tie a secure knot behind your back, ensuring the apron is a snug fit.

      Taking Off an Apron: 1. Break the neck loop of your apron.

      Then break the waist straps.

      2. Fold the apron downwards and inwards, ensuring that the outer contaminated side stays folded inside.

      The dispose of your apron in the correct vessel.

      3. Wash your hands thoroughly for 20 seconds.
