PFF Group are committed to sourcing candidates directly and, as such, we do not accept speculative CVs from agencies. We will only pay agency fees where a signed agreement is in place and an agency has been instructed by a member of our HR Department.

Speculative CVs will be considered a ‘gift’ to PFF. We do not pay agency fees where speculative and/or unsolicited CVs are submitted to either PFF or any of our employees.

PFF reserves the right to subsequently contact the candidate to whom any speculative CV relates, initiate discussions and/or appoint that candidate to a position (whether directly or through another agency) without payment of any agency fee.
